PARAMEDIC PACK
Paramedics face the most diverse situations in their daily work-life and are always working under great time pressure. For my Bachelor’s thesis, I designed this new, very robust Paramedic Pack that gives them rapid access to all their tools.
The pack has only one shoulder strap that can be worn diagonally over longer distances. Its inventory is overseeable and specially placed so as to be easily accessible. The pack no longer tends to tip over when put down, which reduces the risk of the gas cylinder inside exploding.
The Paramedic Pack makes use of an innovative, highly abrasion-resistant textile that is also machine-washable. It was designed in collaboration with the paramedics of the official ambulance rescue team in Bern, Switzerland.
